Welcome! I’m Dr. Samira Saleh, a licensed professional counselor and supervisor with over a decade of experience supporting women and teenage girls from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds, including Muslim women navigating the intersection of faith, culture, and mental health.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I integrate Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you better understand yourself, work through patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical skills for moving forward.
For those who find faith meaningful, an Islamic perspective can be thoughtfully incorporated into counseling when desired. My goal is to provide a space where your mental health, values, culture, and faith can be understood together.
