I am out-of-network with insurance but can provide a Superbill for reimbursement. Many clients receive partial repayment depending on their plan. You are also welcome to pay for sessions using your FSA/HSA card.

My fee is $175 per 45-50 minute session.

The initial intake session is about 45-60 minutes. All future sessions are 45-50 minutes.

For your privacy, I will not acknowledge seeing you. It’s up to you if you want to come over and speak to me.

The first session is for me to get to know you a little better. We don't typically get into any deep concerns unless you are comfortable sharing them right away.

This answer differs for each person and each case. Some clients need to be seen for a specific situation which can take 6-12 weeks. Others are interested in diving into their past and to working through various situations, which can take months or even years.
