Yay it's a New Year!!! Every new year people make a list of things they want to accomplish during the year. But let's be honest, 99% of us don’t actually start our list let alone complete our list. So I’m here to give you 10 goals that you can try out so that you can start off this year happy and healthy.
1. Start working out.
Workout for yourself, don't work out because someone told you that you are too fat or too skinny.
2. Do some volunteering.
Go volunteer at your local masjid or food bank. I’m sure they need plenty of help and what can you lose from doing it.
3. Make your bed daily.
This little thing will make you feel so productive and it's a good way to start your day.
4. Find something you love to do.
Maybe get into art, running, reading, or anything that you like and start doing it daily.
5. Start cooking/baking.
I know that cooking makes me feel so good and in the end, you get to eat something delicious.
6. Stay hydrated.
People tell you this every day, but staying hydrated keeps you healthy and happy. So drink tons of water.
7. Spend money on things you need.
Let's be honest, we all love buying things, but limit what you spend your money on. Try to only buy things you need. It's okay to buy things you want, but put a limit on it.
8. Remove anything that has a negative impact on you.
If something makes you sad or unhappy don't keep it, get rid of it. You don't need to keep something that upsets you.
9. Start journaling.
